You'll never have anything to complain about when you notice the tiniest of blessings in your life.
Keep a gratitude jar to help you stay in a thankful mindset. Use a clean empty jar/container. Every few days, write down something you're grateful for on a post-it/small piece of paper. Fold it up and keep it in the jar. At the end of the month/year open the jar and read through your notes. It's a lovely exercise!
If you're struggling to find happiness in your current situation, I suggest you make notes more frequently; perhaps daily.
This is something that has really changed the way I view my life. I also notice good things more often!
